Refund and cancellation policy
Delivery
The eBook is sent as a PDF attached to the email you gave at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and write to support@ebooks.aiia-labs.com.
Final sales
All sales are final once the eBook has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after delivery.
Keep your purchase email
The purchase email contains the attached PDF and is your backup copy. Save it, or download the PDF somewhere safe. It is how you get back to the eBook.
File problems
If the file does not open or is incomplete, we send you a new one at no charge. Write to us from your purchase email with your order number.
Consumer rights
Consumer protection laws in your country may grant non-waivable rights over digital content, for example Argentina Law 24.240 or Directive 2011/83/EU in the European Union. Where applicable, those rights take priority over this policy.
