Data we process
We process email address, transaction identifiers, products purchased, amounts, delivery status and the technical data needed for security and operation. Full payment details are processed by the relevant payment gateway and are not stored on the site.
Providers
Mercado Pago and PayPal process payments. Resend sends transactional email. Supabase stores operational sales and delivery records. Vercel hosts the application. Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) measures site use only if you accept analytics cookies. Each provider processes information under its own terms and policies.
Purposes
We use the information to process payments, deliver products, prevent duplicates or fraud, resolve issues, keep operational records and improve the site.
Legal bases and consent
Purchase and delivery are based on performing the contract. Usage measurement (Google Analytics) is off by default. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies on the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time. Advertising data is only activated if you accept all cookies.
Retention
We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to meet applicable legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to support@ebooks.aiia-labs.com from your purchase email. If you live in the European Union or California (CCPA), you also have additional rights, which we can handle through the same channel.
